Noam Shem Tov is an experienced professional in the field of autonomous vehicle systems and engineering, currently serving as Fleet Manager and Senior Director of AV Systems Engineering at Mobileye since December 2018. Previously, Noam held the role of Director of AV Systems Engineering and Autonomous Vehicle Setup Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as VP of R&D at CyberSeal and Magal Security Systems Ltd, where Noam also worked as Software Development Manager and System Architect. Noam began a career in system engineering and project management with the Israel Police Cyber Crime Unit and served in the IDF Intelligence Corps as Technical Officer and Team Leader. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ariel University Center of Samaria.
