Raphael Mamane

Raphael Mamane is an experienced algorithm researcher with a strong background in AI and data science, currently working at Mobileye since February 2025. Prior to this, Mamane held the position of Senior AI Researcher at Nexar Inc. from April 2022 to February 2025, where responsibilities included developing HD mapping pipelines and advanced computer vision algorithms. Mamane also served as a Data Scientist at a stealth AI startup and worked as a research scientist at the Racah Institute of Physics, focusing on statistical modeling of Li-ion batteries in collaboration with NASA. Additional experience includes teaching roles at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Ramah High School, alongside data science contributions to dentsu, optimizing Google's digital marketing through machine learning. Mamane holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
