Yossi Novik

Yossi Novik is an experienced technical program manager with a strong background in engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Platform Technical Program Manager at Mobileye since April 2022, Yossi leads multidisciplinary projects and manages a team of eight mechanical engineers. Previously, Yossi held various leadership roles in research and development, including Team Lead at MOD and Development Team Leader at the Israel Ministry of Defense, overseeing teams of engineers and driving innovative projects in drone technology, pneumatic systems, and 3D printing. Yossi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
