Mr. Salem is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Eureka Life Science LLC, a management consulting firm focused on value creation for life science and diagnostics companies. Drawing on decades of executive leadership, commercial, and operational experience, Eureka Life Science provides business strategy and commercialization support for innovative companies bringing novel technologies to market. We also partner with venture capital and private equity firms as industrial advisors for M&A due diligence and assessment of growth strategies for portfolio companies. Mr. Salem currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Olink Proteomics AB and Lideranca Group, Inc. Mr. Salem is also a Board Member at SISCAPA Assay Technologies, Inc. and IROA Technologies, LLC. and on the Advisory Board of Mobilion Systems, Inc. Mr. Salem’s career spans nearly 30 years as a Sr. Executive leading highly effective teams in the life science and clinical diagnostics markets. Operational experience includes P&L responsibilities of greater than $500M, product development and commercialization, manufacturing operations of consumables and capital equipment, and sales and marketing management. He is a strategic leader with a strong track record of successfully bringing new technologies to market and an excellent communicator driven to create highly motivated teams poised to win.
