Stefan Bitter

Stefan Bitter is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Technisch manager for both the Papendrechtse brug and Haringvlietbrug at Mobilis TBI since February 2023, Stefan previously held roles such as Technisch manager at Bouwteam bruggen en straten Oranje Loper and Lead Engineer structure & architecture OPS at ICHOS, where involvement included the PALLAS-reactor project. With a career spanning over two decades, Stefan's past positions also include roles at infrastructuurwerken Oosterweelverbinding Linkeroever, Combinatie aanpak Maastunnel, and GMB, among others. Stefan holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has furthered education at TSM Business School and De Haagse Hogeschool.
