Alan Wong

Alan Wong is a digital workspace specialist at Mobilise IT Pty Ltd, with extensive expertise in UEM, EMM, MDM, and endpoint solutions, as well as proficiency in technologies such as Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP/VPP, and VMware Workspace One. Prior to this role, Alan worked at the City of Port Phillip for over a decade as an End User Computing Specialist, where responsibilities included endpoint security, desktop SOE, and hardware/software deployment, and previously held positions as a System Engineer and Service Desk Team Leader. Alan's early career included serving as the VIC Service Supervisor at Asus. Alan holds a Diploma of Management from Swinburne University of Technology and is certified in ITIL and PRINCE2.
