Erica Spergel

Erica S. is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting across various sectors, including engineering and technology. Currently at Mobilisights since February 2023 and Stellantis since September 2021, Erica has successfully closed over 175 full-time offers in 2022 and 2023 across multiple teams, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, immigration processes, and negotiations. Erica has also held significant roles at ADP, leading recruitment efforts for key accounts, and has operated as Co Producer for The Confetti Project. Additional experience includes ownership of Truly Doula and earlier positions in account management and operations. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University at Buffalo and has pursued pre-nursing studies as well.
