Boris Dubrov is the Founder and CTO of Mobilitr, a company specializing in mobile marketing and user acquisition through machine learning algorithms to optimize mobile traffic, held since June 2015. In addition, Boris has been contributing as a Developer at Teleall Contact Centers since August 2010 and previously served as an IVR CTI Developer at Isracard from July 2009 to July 2010. Boris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, completed between 2010 and 2014.
