Jennifer Joiner is currently the Director of Client Success at Mobility Market Intelligence. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Sr. Director of Customer Success at Top of Mind Networks. With over a decade of experience as a real estate agent at Engel & Voelkers, Jennifer has a strong background in customer success and account management. Previously, Jennifer worked at The Walt Disney World Company as Entertainment Operations Costuming Manager and Entertainment Manager, where Jennifer managed daily operational needs and garment inventory. Jennifer holds a BSW in Social Work from the University of Central Florida.
