David Lee, CSM, CSPO

David Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David is currently employed at MobilityWare, where they hold the position of Senior Game Producer II since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Game Producer at the same company from November 2018 to January 2022. In this role, David was responsible for overseeing production development teams and processes, as well as managing additional development teams and multiple live and unreleased products. David also achieved certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. During their tenure, they successfully implemented and released numerous game updates and features. Additionally, they were promoted to Customer Support Manager, where they managed day-to-day customer support operations and staff from October 2017 to November 2018. David significantly grew the customer support team and integrated an in-app customer service platform across all MobilityWare applications.

Before joining MobilityWare, David worked as a Veteran Work Study at Saddleback College from July 2016 to May 2017. David also served as a Pastor of Worship & Assimilation at Foothills Church from January 2011 to May 2016. In addition, they worked as an Academic Coach at Hope International University from June 2011 to June 2012 and as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Argosy University from August 2010 to June 2011.

David's professional journey started in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Marine from November 1999 to November 2007. This experience equipped him with valuable skills and discipline that they have carried throughout their career.

David Lee, CSM, CSPO holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2006, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2019. David has also obtained certifications in diving such as PADI Advanced Open Water, PADI Open Water, and PADI Rescue Diver, although the specific dates are not provided.
