Abdulaziz Alswailem holds an MBA from King Saud University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. With a career at Mobily since April 2005, Abdulaziz currently serves as the Director of Service Fulfillment, specializing in managing various types of complaints, including those related to the Network Operations sector. Abdulaziz has also held significant roles in international roaming engineering and trunk switching at Mobily and served as a Planning Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company prior to joining Mobily. Extensive experience includes developing recommendations to optimize complaint workflows and processes within the organization.
