Mohamed Salheen is a highly experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Service Delivery and Capability Management at Mobily since April 2006. With a robust background in commercial service delivery, project management, and marketing transformation, Mohamed has held multiple leadership roles, including Executive General Manager for various functions such as Sales Strategy and B2B Marketing. As a co-founder of The Qualiteers and having previously worked at Mobinil and the National Bank of Development, Mohamed possesses a diverse skill set in product development, customer experience, and business strategy. Mohamed holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and an Executive Program in Design Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by earlier academic credentials in commerce and business administration.
