Shady Elgohary

Shady Elgohary is an experienced engineering professional specializing in network planning and optimization. Currently serving as the Access Network Planning & Design Chief Engineer at Mobily since September 2024, Shady previously worked at Nokia Al Saudia from August 2017 to September 2024, focusing on end-to-end network analysis and optimization to enhance customer experience. Prior roles include Senior Microwaves Planning Engineer and Rollout Manager at Huawei, where Shady successfully led significant projects including the implementation of the Algeria Telecom FTTx project, and Transmission Networks Planning & Optimization Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, contributing to pre-sales design activities for multiple clients across the Middle East and Africa. Shady commenced a career at Al Alamia as a Projects Engineer, managing the implementation and maintenance of various light current networks. Shady holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University.
