Siraz Mohamad is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over 16 years of experience in performance management and network support. Currently serving as the Performance & Quality Chief Engineer for Data Network at Mobily since February 2012, Siraz oversees the monitoring of various Internet services and their core KPIs. Previously held the position of Chief Engineer for Performance and Service Quality Management at Emircom-Mobily from April 2009 to January 2012, focusing on network event monitoring, customer care collaboration, and NOC activities. Siraz began the career as a Network Support Engineer at SBM from January 2007 to March 2009, where skills in installing and configuring Cisco routers and switches were developed.
