Wael Safadi

Wael Safadi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership within the telecommunications and digital sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Home Propositions at Mobily, Wael leads the strategic portfolio for home connectivity services, overseeing product development, customer experience design, and full P&L performance. Previous roles at Mobily include FTTH Product Manager and OTT Service Manager, where Wael achieved significant milestones such as launching the first OTT video platform and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. In addition to current responsibilities at Mobily, Wael holds the position of Board Advisor & VP of Growth at Drowzy, focusing on scaling operations and market expansion. A graduate of Geneva Business School with an MBA in International Management, Wael also has a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Damascus University, supported by a diverse background in IT operations and product development across various companies.
