Yasser Halawani

Yasser Halawani is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Access Network Planning & Design Chief Engineer at Mobily since June 2022. Prior to this role, Yasser worked at Zain KSA from June 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included senior-level radio frequency optimization and analysis of 3G, LTE, and 5G networks. Yasser's earlier experience includes positions as a Network Technician at Advanced Vision Co, where local area networks were maintained, and as a Communications Engineer at Electrical and Electronics Construction Co. LTO, focusing on two-way radio systems. Additional early training involved co-op experiences at Royal Commission Medical Centre and Saudi Arabian Airlines Ground Services. Yasser holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yanbu Industrial College.
