Shailesh Dhokale 🇮🇳

Shailesh Dhokale has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shailesh started their career as a Desktop Engineer at the Mechanized Infantry Regimental Center in Ahmednagar from January 2002 to March 2005. Shailesh then worked as a Technical Support Executive at Register.com from August 2006 to August 2008. After that, they joined Lester, Inc. as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DFS, WSUS server management, as well as Aspect Dialer operations and management, from August 2008 to July 2013.

In 2013, Shailesh joined Mobisoft Infotech as a Senior System Administrator, focusing on Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows Server administration, maintenance, deployment, and overall IT infrastructure and vendor management. Shailesh held this position until February 2014.

Shailesh then took on the role of Manager of IT Infrastructure and Administration at Mobisoft Infotech from January 2014 to the present. In this role, Shailesh managed a $1 million IT operations budget and was responsible for the corporate network, including two offices, five onsite servers, 100+ cloud servers, 180 desktops, and over 100 mobile devices on various platforms. Shailesh also implemented Google Apps for Work.

Throughout their career, Shailesh has demonstrated a strong background in IT operations and administration, infrastructure management, vendor management, and system administration. Shailesh has successfully handled responsibilities in both technical and managerial roles, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Shailesh Dhokale, from India, began their education journey in 1999 at Pravaranagar Rural Education Societys Pravara Rural Engineering College, Loni, where they pursued a Diploma in Computer Technology. The degree focused on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Shailesh completed this program in 2002.

In the same year, Dhokale attended Cms Computer Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Technology with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

To further enhance their skills and expertise, Dhokale pursued additional certifications. In October 2013, they became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012 (MCSA) through Microsoft. Additionally, in September 2013, they earned the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from the same institution.
