Maria Phillips

Maria Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Their most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Mobius Executive Leadership, starting in November 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Data & Analytics Portfolio at Edward Jones from December 2021 to November 2022. From 2014 to 2021, Maria held multiple roles at ANZ, including Director of Operating Model Optimization and Project Director for Automatic Exchange of Information. Prior to ANZ, they served as the Project Director for Digital Payments Transformation at NTT DATA Corporation from 2012 to 2014. Maria also worked as a Management Consultant at SMS Management & Technology from 2010 to 2012 and held various roles at NTT DATA Corporation and the City of Melbourne. Their earliest work experience was as a Project Manager at NAB from May 2004 to April 2007.

Maria Phillips completed their education with an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern School of Business between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Sociology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2000 to 2002. Maria also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same university, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Maria has obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019, Managing Successful Programs (MSP) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, and Prince 2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014.
