Raluca Graebner

Raluca Graebner, Ph.D., is an experienced executive coach and transformational facilitator currently working with Mobius Executive Leadership since March 2021 and the Leadership Research Institute since April 2011, focusing on coaching top talent and delivering leadership development programs for Fortune 500 and non-profit clients. Previous roles include serving as a Specialist in the Talent Assessment Group at Goldman Sachs, where Raluca modeled data from performance reviews and synthesized findings for senior management, and as a Human Capital Consultant at The World Bank Group, where Raluca designed global initiatives for flexible work arrangements. Additionally, Raluca has academic experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at George Washington University and has held training roles with the Peace Corps. Raluca holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University and multiple degrees in Organizational Management, Communication, Public Relations, and Political Science.
