As the owner of Grifo Developments, Steve focuses on Build to Rent projects, specializing in Brownfield sites in southern England, and operates Cropredy Bridge Cars Ltd, a world-leading Jensen specialist. Previous roles include Chairman of Retirement Bridge Group Limited, NED at Saunderson House, Group CEO at Partnership, and NED at Guardian Financial Services, demonstrating a robust background in finance, insurance, and business development. Steve holds a B.Sc (hons) in Maths and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
