Sleeman Amer

Sleeman Amer is an accomplished R&D Mechanical Design Engineer at Mobius Protection Systems since March 2021, specializing in aerospace crashworthiness and leading research on Advanced Air Mobility seat standards. Previously, as a Technical Analyst and Team Leader at Research & Analysis Co. from April 2017 to March 2021, Sleeman Amer led two technical analysis teams to identify and assess technological bottlenecks. From July 2012 to April 2017, as Engineering Team Leader at Aerospace Co., Sleeman Amer oversaw strength analysis and mechanical design projects for dynamic systems in helicopters and airplanes, following an earlier role as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on analytical strength analysis and design. An initial internship at INSS Israel as a terrorism and low-intensity conflict analyst provided foundational experience. Sleeman Amer holds a Master's degree in Homeland Security from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College.
