Previously, Matthieu held various leadership roles at SFR spanning over a decade, including Purchasing Manager and Head of Mobile After-Sales Services, where responsibilities included sourcing strategy implementation, supplier management, and after-sales process optimization. Matthieu's career commenced at Altran and Logica in project management and technical roles, complemented by a degree in telecommunications engineering from ESIGELEC. Expertise includes financial oversight, warranty management, and cross-functional team leadership.
