Dominik Domis has a strong background in project management and research. Dominik began their career as a Research Associate at Fraunhofer IESE in 2006 and later became a Researcher and PhD-Student at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern from 2009 to 2011. Dominik then joined ABB as a Project Manager and Senior Scientist from 2011 to 2015, followed by a role as a Project Manager and Product Manager from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Dominik joined MOBOTIX AG as a Project Manager in R&D until 2019. Dominik then served as a Product Lifecycle and Strategic Project Manager from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Excellence at MOBOTIX AG.

Dominik Domis received their education in computer science at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Dominik obtained a Dipl.-Inf. degree with a focus on applied computer science and embedded systems in 2006. Following this, they completed a doctoral degree (Dr.-Ing.) in computer science from the same institution from 2006 to 2012.
