周俊杰 Maco Zhou serves as the Sr. HR Manager (Head of HRBP & Recruitment) at Mobvista since May 2016, where the focus is on mobile marketing solutions for developers and brands globally. Prior experience includes working as an HRBP at Netease Games from December 2013 to May 2016, contributing to the online gaming industry's research and development efforts. Additionally, Zhou held HR roles at Ctrip, and worked as a Consultant Assistant at Impact Consulting, specializing in tailored HR solutions. The career began as a Human Resources Assistant at L&V Furniture Ltd. from June 2006 to August 2009. Zhou holds a degree in Social Science, with a focus on Psychology and Human Resources, from The University of Waikato, completed in 2007.
