GuoWen Tong

GuoWen Tong has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2003. GuoWen began their career at Panasonic as an Engineer in the Mechanics/Robot Welding System department. In 2006, they moved to Mediatek as a Project Leader (ODM)/Sr. Engineer in the R&D Mechanics department. GuoWen was responsible for mechanical engineering in product development and leading a team. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Qualcomm as a Stream Manager (Line manager) and R&D Mechanics.Component team. GuoWen was responsible for the team's outputs and development, leading 8 subordinates, and managing the team's capacity, budget, and resource allocation. Lastly, they worked at Mobvoi as the Director HW Production Integration RD from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were accountable for Sell package; Core Mechanics; Touch& Display; Camera, Audio &Antenna; NPI & Product maintain, and managed the company's Hardware product strategy/Roadmap. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder at Chuangde Songzhi Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

GuoWen Tong attended Taiyuan University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Design and Automation.
