Victor Pacheco

Victor Pacheco is an experienced professional in public affairs and civic engagement. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at MoCaFi since June 2021, Victor manages Angeleno Connect, the official mobile banking platform for the City of Los Angeles, with a focus on closing the wealth gap for underrepresented communities. Prior to this role, Victor was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro Southern California, where training emphasized effective and ethical leadership. As a Civic Engagement Specialist with Community Coalition from September 2017 to September 2020, Victor worked towards improving the quality of life for African American and Latino residents in South Los Angeles. Victor also contributed as a Youth Organizer at South Coast Air Quality Management District and completed a Public Service Fellowship with the Western Riverside Council of Governments. Victor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside in 2017.
