Jethro Berry

Jethro Berry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and global operations, currently serving as Deputy Vice President Global Operations at MOCOM Compounds since September 2017. Jethro has a strong background in budget management, process optimisation, post-merger integration, and digitalisation, previously holding positions such as Senior Director at Plant Zülpich, where leadership of a significant production facility and organizational development were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager and Design Engineer at wagner GmbH, overseeing international teams for on-site machining, and enhancing bespoke machinery design. Jethro holds an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University, a Strategic Diploma in Management and Leadership from ECBM, and both an MSc and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
