Marley Kay Lowe is an experienced professional in education and outreach with a focus on communication and advocacy, currently serving as the Education and Outreach Specialist at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) since November 2022. In this role, Marley develops and delivers educational programs on critical topics related to sexual assault and abuse across the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Previously, Marley contributed to various educational institutions as an Assistant Speech and Debate Coach, enhancing the skills of over 120 students in high school and middle school settings.
