Matt Stafford has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and game development industry. Matt currently works as a Senior Engineer at mod.io, where they maintain the Unreal Engine & C++ SDKs for the mod.io platform and contributes to various cloud projects.

Before their current role, they were a Technical Director at Pub Games, where they were responsible for high-level planning, design, and development of projects in languages such as C++, C#, and UnrealScript.
