Eric Hodson has extensive experience in public relations, advertising, marketing, and communications.
Eric began their career in 1989 as the Communications Director at ServiTech Inc., where they wrote a book titled "A Guide to Ridge-Till on the Central Plains" and managed trade show efforts.
In 1992, they joined Crop Quest, Inc. as the Public Relations Manager, where they managed advertising and public relations budgets. Eric also designed and managed the company's first website and handled media tours and newsletters.
In 2000, Hodson started working at John Deere Co. where they held various roles. Eric started as a Copywriter/Creative Team Leader and was involved in planning and creating advertising and marketing campaigns. Eric then became a Senior Public Relations Writer, managing a national campaign that helped generate $7 million in new equipment sales. Hodson later served as the Publications Manager/Editor, overseeing The Furrow and Homestead magazines. Eric also served as the Manager of Strategic Public Relations, coordinating media placements and serving as a company spokesperson.
Hodson currently works at Mod Op as an Account Director, providing public relations, advertising, marketing, and communications services.
Eric Hodson completed their Associate's Degree in General Studies at Pratt Community College from 1985 to 1987. Eric then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communications at Fort Hays State University from 1987 to 1989.
