Shannon Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Shannon began their career in 1994 as an intern for group sales and family shows at the Los Angeles Lakers/GW Forum. From 1995 to 1997, they served as an Account Executive at The Landmark Group/API Sponsorship, where they were responsible for sponsorship sales for sporting events and professional athletes. Shannon also had event management responsibilities for Vancouver-based events, including the Vancouver Canucks Carnival charitable event.

In 1997, Shannon worked as a PR Writer/Account Executive at Grey Advertising. The following year, they joined Flowers & Fedele as an Account Executive.

Shannon then joined MCC in 1999 and held various roles within the company until 2016. Shannon started as an Account Manager and worked their way up to become an Account Supervisor, Account Director, and finally Vice President, Account Director. During their time at MCC, Shannon had a strategic focus on account management.

Since 2016, Shannon has been associated with Mod Op, where they first served as the Senior Vice President of Digital Engagement Strategy.
