Francesca Shaw is an experienced marketing professional with a solid background in community management and visual merchandising. Currently serving as a Community Manager and previously as a Marketing Executive at Moda since November 2018, Francesca has cultivated expertise in engaging customers and enhancing brand presence. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at HYPE DC Pty Limited and Marketing Assistant at The Individual Agency, alongside significant tenure at schuh as both a Visual Merchandiser and Sales Supervisor. Francesca began their retail career as a Sales Assistant at George @ Asda. Francesca holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising Management from the University of Derby, completed in 2013, and attended Saint Benedict Roman Catholic School and Performing Arts College from 2000 to 2007.
