Previously, Katja held the role of Director of Operations at Hilton Brighton Metropole from April 1999 to January 2023, focusing on operational management that supports Heads of Department in achieving revenue and guest satisfaction targets. Throughout a successful career at Hilton, Katja progressed through various roles including Group, Conference & Events Sales Manager and Interim General Manager at Hilton Maidstone. Katja holds a BA Hons in Business & Languages from the University of Brighton and has a strong foundation in commercial strategy and event management.
