Shariq Mobin

Shariq Mobin is a forward deployed engineer at Modal since September 2024, specializing in LLM inference engine optimizations and various AI applications. Prior to this, Shariq served as the CEO and founder of AudioFocus from May 2019 to September 2024, addressing challenges in the hearing industry through innovative technology and securing funding from notable investors. Shariq also has experience as a deep learning researcher and clinical researcher at AudioFocus, contributing to advancements in hearing aids, and was a firmware engineer responsible for deploying models onto embedded systems.
