Nathan (Nathanael) C. is the CEO & Co-Founder of Modani Furniture, a furniture retail chain. Nathan (Nathanael) is also the President of Natco Investment Group, Inc., focusing on retail, venture capital, and real estate investments. Additionally, Nathan served as the Managing Partner at AIM CAPITAL, specializing in real estate fund management, hotel development, and building conversion. Their experience extends to consulting services at Cohen Dreyfus Consulting Group and as the Owner of Miami Investment Brokers. Nathan holds a Master's in Management from HEC Paris and an MBA in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
