Luis de Azpiazu Msc

Luis de Azpiazu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Luis started their career as a System Engineer at Continental and later worked as a System Engineer at Airbus. Luis then joined Altran as a Consultant before moving to Airbus Military as a System Engineer specializing in flight test operations. Luis also worked at Luis Loriente S.L./Azpiazu Loriente S.L. in management and business development roles.

In 2014, Luis co-founded Sfier, where they served as CEO and led the development of a SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. Luis later joined DILAX intelcom Ibérica S.L. as the Director of Business Development, where they led sales projects with Spanish customers worldwide.

From 2018 to 2022, Luis worked at Teralytics as the VP of Sales and Business Development, leading a team in expanding the company's reach across the EMEA region. Currently, they are the Head of Sales and Business Development at Councilbox, and starting in 2022, they will take on the role of Head of Business Development Europe at Modaxo.

Luis de Azpiazu has a diverse educational background. Luis holds an MBA in Disruption in a Digital World from IE Business School, which they completed in 2021. In 2013-2014, they earned a Global Executive MBA, with the distinction of being on the Dean's list, also from IE Business School. Luis has also achieved a Certificated Project-Management-Associate (Level D IPMA) from the International Project Management Association in 2008. Luis obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical and Process Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt in 2007. Lastly, Luis holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electricity and Electronics from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, which they completed in 2005.
