Chuck Baker

Chuck Baker is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in leadership and operational oversight. Since July 2020, Chuck has served as General Superintendent at Shangri-La Construction, a role previously held at Howard CDM and again at Shangri-La Construction from 2013 to 2018. Prior to these positions, Chuck was a Senior Superintendent at PRConstruction. Chuck's career began as Co-Owner of Baker & Reis Construction Inc. DBA B & C Construction, where extensive responsibility for both office and field operations was managed for over three decades. Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University.
