Tracy Perkins

Tracy Perkins, PMP, is a results-driven Director of Transformation and Project Management at MODE Global, leveraging a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and extensive project management experience. Tracy previously served as a Continuous Improvement Professional at Johnson Controls, overseeing Lean Six Sigma initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
