Amber Nyssen

Amber Nyssen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Amber started their career in 2004 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Williams Controls, where they later took on positions such as Special Projects Leader and Production Manager. In 2010, they were responsible for setting up and managing the Williams Controls India Pvt. Ltd. facility in Pune, India. Amber oversaw various aspects such as project timeline, budget, facilities renovation, and staff recruitment. Amber also conducted training and served as a liaison between departments in the US headquarters and Indian counterparts. From 2011 to 2013, Amber served as the Director of Quality at Williams Controls before moving on to become the Director of Operations at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. In 2015, they joined CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems as the Supply Chain and Quality Leader, overseeing purchasing, planning, logistics, material handling, and quality functions. Currently, Amber holds the position of Director of Project Management at Tillamook County Creamery Association, where they previously held the role of Manager of Project Management from 2017 to 2021.
