Mia is a Customer Support Analyst at Mode. Before joining Mode, she worked in the finance industry as a Service Manager for Wells Fargo. Mia is currently pursuing a B.S. in Software Development and one day hopes to work as a software engineer. When Mia isn't studying or practicing coding, she loves spending time with her other half and snuggling her two cats. Relaxing is her favorite thing, and Mia is is always ready for a good Netflix/Hulu binge or a journey to the weird side of YouTube.
