Scott Tullis

Scott Tullis is the Head of Global Recruitment at MODE, an IoT tech company, where they leverage over 15 years of talent acquisition experience across the US, Japan, and Asia-Pacific markets. Previously, Tullis served as the US Talent Acquisition Manager at SmartNews for over four years, leading a significant team expansion, and as Recruitment Manager at Criteo, where they improved recruitment efficiency. Tullis has also held leadership roles in various recruitment firms, including managing a highly productive team at Wahl+Case in San Francisco and the Japan and Korea Talent Acquisition team at Criteo for over a year. Their career began as an external auditor at Novogradac & Company, specializing in the real estate sector, after earning a BA in Business Economics with an Accounting emphasis from UC Santa Barbara.
