Isabela Campos Garrido

Isabela Campos Garrido serves as an HR Business Partner Assistant at MODEC since May 2022, engaging in the onboarding of new employees and managing end-to-end internalization processes. Responsibilities include overseeing the Internship and Learning Program, managing internal job postings, and supporting pre-operation processes alongside the offshore BP team. Previous experiences include internships as an HR Business Partner and HR Payroll Intern, where Isabela was involved in payroll and document management, including the integration of a substantial backlog for Petrobras. Isabela also worked as an Administrative Assistant Intern at L'Oréal, focusing on consumer care in the cosmetics sector. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Universidade Federal Fluminense, Isabela also studies at Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
