Adi Pundak-Mintz has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2007. In that year, they became a seed investor at Galil Software Ltd. In 2010, they joined Soreq Winery as a Member of the Tribe and dispenser of advice. In 2011, they became a Seed Investor at Tipalti. In 2012, they invested in DOGTV. In 2013, they joined Centrical as a Trusted Advisor, helping to shape the model, seek funding, and search for scale in a cash efficient manner. In 2014, they became a Member Advisory Board, supporter, and co-investor at 2B-Community Impact Investing. In 2015, they co-founded Model 9 and became a Board Member. In 2017, they became a Board Member and seed investor at Shamaym and in 2020, they became an Investor and Ex Partner at Cerca Partners. In 2021, they co-founded Hedonia.
Adi Pundak-Mintz began their educational journey at The Ohio State University, where they obtained a BSCIS in Engineering and Computer Science and a BA in Mathematics between 1981 and 1985. In 1989 and 1991, they attended The Weizmann Institute, studying Vision - Computer Science. In 1997, they obtained an MBA from INSEAD, with a special interest in finance and management of services. In 2008, they were a Yale World Fellow at Yale University.
