Missy Waggoner

Missy Waggoner is the Chief People Officer at Apptio, a position held since February 2016, responsible for leading the HR organization and overseeing various functions including Recruiting, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, HROps, HRIS, and HBRP. Prior to Apptio, Missy served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amazon and a Staffing Consultant at Microsoft, where support was provided for key technical divisions including Azure. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at T-Mobile, and as a Business Development Manager/Recruiter at COMSYS, as well as Sales Manager/Recruiting Manager at Stride and Associates. Missy Waggoner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oglethorpe University.
