René Haas

René Haas is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Modelia, where responsibilities include strategic development and architectural design of a generative AI engine, alongside managing a team of expert AI researchers and engineers. Prior experiences include a Ph.D. Fellowship at IT-Universitetet i København, where tenure lasted from September 2020 to November 2023, and a role as a Studentermedhjælper Servicedesk at Netcompany from February 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, René contributed as a Teaching Assistant for Big Data Processes at IT-Universitetet i København and worked as a Servicedesk Agent at the Centre for IT, Medical Technology and Telephony Services during 2018. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s degree in Software Development from IT-Universitetet i København, participation in the IPP Sommer School at Max-Planck-Institut für Plasmaphysik, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
