Dawson Stoops

Dawson Stoops has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Dawson currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of modelizeIT Inc, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Chisik Group from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, they were the VP Strategic Technical Alliances at Cherwell Software, where they worked closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical alliance targets and build strategic relationships. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Co-Founder and President of Apptria Technologies, where they developed the strategic concept and GTM strategy. From 2000 to 2011, they were the Co-Founder and COO of Express Metrix, where they bootstrapped, developed, and sold the company.

Dawson Stoops obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to Blockchain Technologies from Coursera in November 2019 and is currently pursuing a Transacting on the Blockchain certification from Coursera.
