Bachtiar Rochmansyah

Bachtiar Rochmansyah is currently the Service Operation Lead at MODENA since May 2023. Prior to this, Bachtiar worked as the Service Operations Manager and Assistant Service Manager at Electrolux. With experience at PT Haier Sales Indonesia and PT Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia as Chief Technical Support and Technical Service Support, respectively, Bachtiar is well-versed in handling a variety of home appliances. Beginning as a Technician at GRAHA SERVICE INDONESIA, PT, Bachtiar has steadily moved up the ranks in the service operations field. Bachtiar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from STIE Bisnis Indonesia.
