Deacy Pandeirot has a diverse work experience in various companies. Deacy started their career at PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2005 as an Internship MBTI. After that, they worked at PT.INDOMOBIL TRADA NASIONAL - INDOMOBIL GROUP as a co databased from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they joined samsung electronics indonesia as an Assistant Manager from 2010 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Loyalty Management at MODENA starting from July 2021, and previously served as the Head Of Customer Care from April 2019 to November 2021.

Deacy Pandeirot completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Management Information Systems, General from STMB TELKOM, graduating in 2006. They also obtained a certification in COPC from COPC Inc. in September 2014.
