Raka Maulana Akbar

Raka Maulana Akbar is a professional with a robust background in system analysis and development, currently serving as a System Analyst at MODENA since May 2022. In this role, Raka focuses on identifying business requirements, defining system specifications, and facilitating communication across departments while working on projects like the Global Customer Care System (GCCS). Previously, Raka held multiple positions at PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia from October 2017 to May 2022, including Lead Developer and System Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed requirement gathering, database design, and web interface creation. Raka holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Gunadarma.
