Becka Pratt

Becka Pratt is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Lead Recruiter for Talent Operations and New Markets at Modern Animal since July 2022, after progressing from a Senior Recruiter role. Prior to Modern Animal, Becka contributed as a Senior Recruiter at Ro from June 2021 to July 2022, focusing on clinical and corporate recruitment for multiple affiliated companies. Becka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2010 and 2014.
